Productive System

Our company is characterized by its environmentally-friendly management system. The abalone are mainly fed seaweeds, collected from seaweeds beds near our production center. The productive process of the abalone lasts between 2 and 4 years and includes the stages of Reproduction, Seeding, Pre-Ongrowing, and Ongrowing. The process begins with the selection of broodstock, which are maintained in controlled light, temperature, and nutrition conditions.

This allows us to achieve scheduled spawning during the entire year. The resulting larvae go through metamorphosis and then turn into seeds, which are fed natural micro algae for 180 days and reach a size of 6-10mm. The following stages are Pre-Fattening and Fattening, where the abalone are fed algae and concentrated supplements made from algae. The flexible SRC production system lets us deliver consistently and always high quality.


Processing Plant


At our Los Molles farm, we have our own processing plant which gives us strict control over the harvesting, processing, and packing of our products, ensuring their traceability and safety.


Certifications


Our company works with the strictest bacteriological and health parameters. To achieve this, we have implemented a HACCP quality control system and PAC manuals, which have been duly audited and certified by recognized Chilean authorities. This allows us to export our products to the most demanding markets.

Cryogenic Frozen Plant

We have a cryogenic frozen plant, which allows a quick freeze and excellent quality, allowing us to savor a frozen product with the characteristics of a fresh one. Our Product comes in different presentations, from whole product to only meat.
